A tranquil haven in St Leonards on Sea

Cumberland Court is situated in a quiet conservation area of St Leonards on Sea. The house has a very homely feel and the rooms are light and airy. We are close to a bus route and local shops.

We encourage residents to bring their own furniture and favourite possessions to make it their “home from home”.

All rooms have a TV point, phone point and a call bell. Rooms are tastefully decorated and refurbished on a regular basis. Most rooms are en-suite. There is a lift to all floors.

There is a communal lounge with comfortable soft furnishings and views over the front garden. Our staff and residents are very friendly so there is always someone to have a chat with.

We have beautiful gardens with a seating area for residents to enjoy during the summer -and the rest of the year when the weather is good.

Meals are served in an attractive dining area, fresh appetising home-made food is prepared by our chef, who takes pride in serving a varied menu, catering for individual tastes and special diets. Morning coffee, afternoon tea and night-time drinks are all provided.

We have 18 rooms, 16 single and 2 shared, smoking is not permitted.
